I can't upload at all, and if by a slim chance the upload is successful, it doesn't convert to flash (and so I have to try the upload again...and fail). The FTP upload doesn't work either, and everytime I go to the download page, it counts towards the monthly download limit whether I actually download or not. 2 weeks free or 1 month free...all it amounts to is extra weeks of headaches!! Oh, and don't count on customer service because they're very selective about who they will reply to. If they think you complain too much, you're on your own like me.
