Introducing the Maintenance Blog

As DivShare continues to grow, one of our biggest priorities is keeping you up to date on server upgrades, scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime. To do that, we’ve created a new, off-site DivShare Maintenance Blog, which you can check out at at www.divshare.net. We’re hard at work making the site as relialble as possible, and the new blog will provide up-to-the-minute information on any maintenance that we’re planning or any problems that we’re experiencing. And you’ll always be able to access it — even if there’s a problem at our main datacenter.

So, don’t forget to bookmark DivShare.net and subscribe to the new feed. Stay tuned!

hi, I’m just wondering if change of conditions is inevitable, and clients with big data storage are the major pain, could you then make a free package with limited storage but unlimited traffic please? I mean 50 Gb is virtually nothing… And, guys, did you reasearch how many of your clients would be ready to pay $347 for 500 GB download limit? If you don’t need heavy uploaders and downloaders among your clients, it ok, but if the strategy is really to grow and to develop, you do need to make your packages more up-to-date… I don’t want to quit using Divshare, but at the moment your current packages just don’t leave me any option… Hope you could react shortly to prevent your memebers from leaving…

    “50 Gb is virtually nothing”.

It depends on what you host here. For me, 50GB is a lot.
