You guys can't make these transitions just a little bit smoother? I'm tired of paying money just to sit at my computer for two hours trying to get my files to upload, then writing to tech support only to finally come over here to the blog to find that you "improved" your service again. This is the second time I find myself sitting here wondering why I'm paying money to upload to you guys when Blogger offers free uploads and so do all of the other sites I upload video to. I like your service- I like the personalized players, but to be honest, I'm getting sick and tired of not being able to upload and share files which is what your site was built to do.
