Hey all, you actually can link to an entire folder of files with a single link. Any download link of a file in a folder automatically lists the other files in the folder. Voilà!

I would love to share a whole folder as well, the thing I miss about the profiles that we got rid off, is that it listed all the stuff we have uploaded.

What about being able to type a description next to the files, of what we have uploaded.

I suggest a folder with mp3 files will become a playlist folder.
Like the image folder becomes a galery.

(And i totaly agree with the idea about users can make subfolders)

I’m having problems uploading. I uploaded a few things, but now when I try, instead of uploading it, it says “Error, Please Upload File”. Is it because you’re working on it?

I’ve made a video-tutorial for my users to know hot to put a thumbnail for a picture uploaded at divshare:

I only hope you will just improve and add some features, not take them back, i hope this was an exception (getting rid of groups, profiles, favorities etc.) and at least from now on you will keep your promise: “your files stays online, forever, no matter what”.

Ah, geez…the forum link works fine, unless you use phpBB, which is what most blogs/forums use.

Why not add the BB link, as well as a plain forum link? Go back to the way you WERE doing it.

I have no objection to change…it’s when you foul up something that was functioning perfectly that I get annoyed.

And I figured out what was happening with the download numbers. I still think it would be nice if you had some kind of “tracking” device, so I could at least see the IP address that did the download, but hey…it works, so I won’t gripe.
