The large image usually does load if I refresh the page - but the bigger problem is waiting not knowing if the image is loading or not (and therefore whether it's necessary to refresh). At least with the full size image (prior to the change) one coulkd see if the image was loading as it was progressive. Any chance the resized images could be delivered to display progressively so that it was immediately apparent whether or nor a "refresh" was required? Let's say after two weeks from lastly added flag file's innocence should be recovered. Or the file should be deleted if there were more then 100 flags within any given 7 days.
