Sharing full-size images, and the end of expiration dates!
Great news — today we introduce our first two major upgrades to DivShare. Here goes…
1. No more expiration dates!
We hate rules, so we decided to scratch the one major limit on your uploads. Say goodbye to the 30-days-without-a-download limit — your files will now truly stay online forever. No minimums, no maximums.
2. Post full-size images on your site!
We’re still offering our thumbnail links, and now you can also grab the HTML that will display your image in full size. Just check the Sharing Options on any JPG, GIF or PNG file, add the code to your site or profile, and you’re in business.
And, of course, this is just the beginning. We always want to hear your ideas for improving your DivShare experience, so post them in the comments or e-mail us at support@divshare.com.

I really like DivShare,
think I’m gonna stick to this for a very long time.
But it would be a lot better if I can create a folder,
and put a lot of files in order.
Thanks, anyways! And Keep up the Good work like this!

Between the 2 it should solve about any online file situation.

Good morning. Just found DivShare and was wondering if you could add an iPhoto exporter or folder upload? Awesome service though!

[…] DivShare, a new web 2.0 application is online now to offer you a high quality online storage and sharing platform. The user interface was very cool and simple to understand with out any hassles. Except the upload limit of 100MB per upload, there are absolutely zero restrictions applicable on this application. That’s truly a “WOW”. […]

This is a very cool web site, great concept, with room to grow. The two things I’d like to see in the very near future are: 1.) The ability to name (or re-name) individual photo galleries (right now, I can see my photos listed but have no idea what galleries they’re in), and 2.) Increased multiple-file upload capabilities (right now, the limit seems to be four). But I understand you have to crawl before you walk, and if the site lives up to its “no cost, no file limit” promise, then DivShare is going to be huge.

Great web site, with great service.
The only thing that bad is the max upload size for a file.
I hope it’s upgrade to at least 150MB.

i think having folders would be nice…
to separate some of the files we upload to different categories…
such as family pix… party pix… pet pix… etc…

Yes, having folders or some way of managing files is mandatory if the gallery feature should be usable at all…

The files never expire? That’s awesome

Man! This is great! I have to agree with some of the others who have commented on wishing there were a way to organize files - maybe being able to create folders. This is a great service.
Thanks

This is a great web site. I keep telling my friends about it.
I have 2 things that might makes things a little easier for us simple people.
1. What is with a limit on how much I can upload at a time? Can we do away with that?
2. Create a way that we (the user) can create folders to put our files in. Can you imagine opening Windows explorer and all the files being right there in front of you, no organization.
Thx for listening. I’m jumping down from my soap box now.
Thx for sucha great web site other than few things, and by all means keep up the great work!

The ability to upload tar files and extract them would be very useful instead of having to select each file to upload one at a time.
